Bilateral wants to vent

I have been coming to this board everyday since I found it some time in December. I have read some very interesting comments (mostly on Equipment)and everyones choices.I guess I don't have choices..... My Case Manager is handling it I'm told, I have been waiting for a custom manual chair for months and I 've seen My Prosthetics man once, and that was in the hospital when they put a shinker on my right leg,Luckily they left me 2 of them and when it came time for the left one they gave me no other shinkers.
I like to think of myself as level headed but I really do have no choices in this matter at all my Case Worker called this week and said she got the prices all worked out with the Prothesis. So I wonder what that will intail. I know they had told me at least 25,000 for both legs in the hospital how I'm scared I'll end up with a washtub and a wooden stick Sorry the be so negative but I feel like I have no control
