I have always just driven with my left foot - no special accommodations. I've had a rotater for about six years which is a big plus in being able to get the right leg completely out of the way and in a comfortable position. Since I've traveled quite a bit for business as well as pleasure it is important to me to be able to drive rental cars, other people's cars, etc. The rotater provides a lot of flexibility.
