LEARNING TO WALKPosted by KATHY on January 18, 19102 at 00:52:00: HELLO. I am a Left AKA since July,. 2000. I was originally fitted with a bad leg. It didn't fit well and caused bad sores ending up with me in the wheel chair. I have a good leg now, but am having trouble lea\learning to walk. I am so afraid of wallking that I usually walk stiffed legged. My gait looks nothing normal. Is anyonme l\else have this problem or can give me advice. I am married for 19 years with 4 children. I used to be so active. I look at people that walk of all ages and are extremely jealous. I miss my old life. Is there hope. I want to give away my crutches. Thanks, KATHY
