Hey I cant tell what the solution for weight loss is but I can tell you your not alone. I'm 6'4" and 320lbs. When my accident happened in Jan. 2000 I was 360lbs. Losing a leg is one way to drop a quick 40 pounds. Im not overly fat just big. Dont get me wrong I know I'm fat but I carry it well. I have always been into sports big time and since my accident have not been at all. I swim all summer but the winter sure gets me down, as I'm sure it does with most amps. I'm looking into starting wheelchair basketball in my area. As I type this I'm realizing today is my two year anniversary for losing my leg. I still am not back to work, my marriage is in shambles, and basically I feel like shit! Losing a limb is tough but I read in Tony's post I think it was, that you dont have to look very far to see someone worse off than yourself, so whatever, I guess I put on my fake smile for another day.
