c-leg & adjustments

I am thinking about getting a c-leg & was wondering if it needed more adjustments & visits to the prost. than a conventional knee. I live 60 miles from my prost. & it's kind of a hassle to have to have alot of adjustments. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Wes.
