Give yourself some time. You'll soon realize that although things are "different" they aren't that bad. All seems so cliche, sorry about that but I know from experience it's true. My motto always is this, I can't change the fact of my limb loss and how I "feel" about it, but I am in control of how I act and react. I sometimes look at my accident and my limb loss as a challenge and there is no way the accident or this missing leg is going to win.
