I have a C-Leg and run occasionally. The C-Leg responds very well to gate changes. You don't have to think about running, just keep increasing your cadence until you get to a run. Try it on softer ground (grass) first. Try to avoid the hop-step that you would use on an other knees. The hop-step confuses the C-Leg processor and it will refuse to go into swing phase on occasion.

The only issues I have are rotation of the full contact suction socket once my stump gets sweaty. If I intended to run more, I'ld get a combination socket, suspension and suction, or a Tech Harmony socket.

The piston and cylinder of the C-Leg do get hot, so don't touch them immediately after running, it will burn your fingers (advice from experience).

By the way, I find the IC40 foot a bit of a slug for running. There isn't much energy return. A Flex Foot or College Park foot are far more energy efficient, but they are difficult or impossible to use with the C-Leg.
