Here's a fellow that I know who actually windsurfs with his AK prosthesis! Although he doesn't visit this board, I'm sure that he won't mind if I post the prosthesis info here, it's all available on his website as well. Here is a paragraph from his website about his hardware:

Right above-knee prosthesis by Rick Stapleton of Tidewater Prosthetics
All carbon frame in classic black
USMC Multi Sport pro aluminum/titanium knee frame
Mauch S-N-S knee control cylinder
Flex Foot VSP all carbon ankle/foot (retired permanantly due to breakage)
Another Flex Foot VSP all carbon ankle/foot (retired permanantly due to another breakage)
Ohio Willowood HP Carbon Copy II foot with titanium pyramids (took over when the Flex Foot died)
Ohio Willowood PathFinder
