I am beginning to seriously train for an Olympic length triathlon (1.5K swim, 40K bike, 10K run). I have learned the leg-over-leg running technique from representatives of Endolite (Todd?). Interested in hearing from anyone out there that has completed one. Specifically, looking for any challenges encountered and techniques used to strengthen residual limb muscles for the run/bike portion. Also interested in completion times or web sites I could refer to for others who have done this. Type of running leg used? Different leg for bike portion? Thanks.
