What he did was take a large piece of cosmetic foam the same length as my C-Leg that had hole down the middle. He formed it to the same dimensions as my real leg. He glued it to the blue knee cap and feathered it out and made it smooth at the top. My cover is one piece and to take it off you have to remove the foot. It looks and feels like the real thing. Even with shorts on people hardly notice it. You can contact them at 1-800-320-9728. The name of the company is Ability Prosthetics. Ask for Brett. Maybe they can figure out a way to get the dimensions from your real leg or even pictures and build you one then send it to you. It's just a thought.
