It is actually a TENS SYSTEM, ( can't remember what TENS stands for) but it helps me a lot. I paid around $100.00 for one from a medical supply on line company.My insurance did not pay anything towards the cost. Massage seems to help me as well. Like Brenda said, what works for me might not for you. Good luck!!
