I have a silicon cover which was designed to match my other leg. It's basically a foam basis, painted to match the colour of the other leg, and then covered with a thin layer of silicon. It looks pretty natural (if there would not be the hole from the valve on knee level).

In case of small damages I fix it with transparent bathroom silicon from any DIY shop.

The cost were about 250 USD.
