: Thanks for that piece of information. Thats a shorter way of making one of my points. The mere use of a cane or crutch does not automatically mean that you CANNOT ambulate without it. I think it speaks more directly to trust in the prosthesis, particularly after a few bad spills. If an AK Amputee breaks an arm or leg or collar bone he/she is for all practical purposes a double amputee until the casts are removed and a new rehab is completed.
