Wow, Gibby! Where do you find time to be lazy? For a self-described "low-energy person" you sure do a lot.

I recently bought a kayak, and try to get on the water when I can. I really love it, but don't do it nearly enough.

I haven't been on a bike in years. I wouldn't mind trying it again, but I remember getting a lot of chafing from my prosthesis back when I had a bike. It depended on the prosthesis. Some didn't chafe.

I have a Total Gym 1000 (the bottom of the line), and it provides a surprising number of exercise variations. I also have a borrowed CardioGlide, that really works me to death. I can work it for about ten minutes, but I'm just getting started. I had set my sites on losing the extra weight first, and that's nearly accomplished, so it's time to get the muscles in shape.

I recently stumbled onto this website for men over 40:

The page about Bryan Halstead really inspired me. He's my age, and size, and looks great. Not a bulked-up hulk, but muscular, lean, and well defined. I'm shooting for a physique in that ballpark. Anything bigger would be excessive for a regular guy like me.

Good luck with that lazy lifestyle! If you find time to rest a minute, let me know :-)
