I've had it for over 4 years. It was working, but not the way it should have been. Right now I have a loaner. The insurance company told me that they will only cover standard equipment. I told them that I thought a functioning knee was pretty standard. Also, it is far more cost effective to repair the knee rather than replace it which they would need to pay for. They denied it, I called and talked to them and they still denied it. They said that a c-leg was not covered and neither were the repairs. As the next step, I will need to write a letter of appeal.
