socket causing skin abrasion

I am a AK on my second socket, the first was a pull on type that constantly irritated the upper part of my limb as the socket rocked back & forth and irritated thru the liner as I walk. Irritated meaning it rubbed the skin raw as it rocked back & forth at the top of the socket. Advised later to get a vacuum socket to eliminate that problem. Now with the vacuum socket its doing the same thing as it rocks back and forth as I walk. Whats the secret to stop this. thanks, Mick
