I went to a running clinic once - sponsored by Hanger I think. It seemed pretty do-able but since I'm not all that passionate about running I never pursued it.

Check out the ACA website - I did a search for running and there was some info there. I have attended their conferences in the past and there seem to be more than a few amputees who do run.
