Gibby - my apologies for trying to draw attention to myself - which wasn't my intention.

I don't think you can judge my 'positive' attitude at all. You have no idea what I have achieved, or do on a daily basis.

My posts here "over time" have always been honest and realistic. Something that most amputees, especially new ones, DON'T GET FROM ANYONE.

For the record, I did google search for running, and found nothing that was really useful. And incidently, money is definitely an object for me, as well as rubbing me the wrong way on principle.

I still feel "sick and tired" of all the cash outlay amputees have. And I don't think that I am the only one.

Feel free to ignore my selfish whiney posts in the future.

Ally

: Ally - if you really wanted to run and had a positive attitude I'm sure you could do it and money would not be an obstacle for you. Do a google search and you can find lots of free information from some of the top experts in the field. To be honest from reading your posts here over time, I'm not sure you do have the positive, can do attitude that would be required for your to learn to run as an amputee.

: Your response to the original poster wasn't really helpful but seemed to be more of a plea for someone to pay attention to you. You might want to just start a new thread for that purpose.
